First, rotate the throttle to open it wider and accelerate. Use your right hand to turn the throttle grip forward and downward to its limit. Almost simultaneously with closing the throttle, grip the clutch lever tightly with the four fingers of your left hand. Use the sole or heel of your left foot to step on the gear shift pedal (rear pedal). Press down the rear gear shift pedal with your left heel, then immediately release the clutch lever with your left hand.
