How to reset the tire pressure light on Honda XRV?

1. Before resetting, ensure the tire pressure is restored to normal levels; 2. Start the vehicle; 3. Press and hold the tire pressure SET button on the center console until the tire pressure data refreshes and the warning light disappears; 4. For newer models, you can access the vehicle settings menu on the center display screen and select the tire pressure monitoring system calibration option to perform the operation. There are generally three reasons for abnormal tire pressure: Tire pressure abnormality: The system usually alerts when pressure is below 1.8 bar or above 3.0 bar. In this case, inspect the tires and adjust the pressure. Tire pressure monitoring not reset: After inflating the tires, if the tire pressure monitoring system is not reset in time, it will continue to display the previous data, causing the warning light to illuminate. Simply perform a tire pressure reset to resolve this. Damaged tire pressure sensor: The tire pressure sensor, which monitors tire pressure, is installed inside the tire and connected to the inflation valve. If the sensor is damaged during driving (e.g., by hitting a curb), the tire pressure warning light will illuminate. For sensor damage, the only solution is to replace it with a new part.
