There is a button with an exclamation mark in front of the gear lever, which is the tire pressure setting button. First, adjust the tire pressure to the standard level. In front of the gear lever, there is a button that looks like the tire pressure monitoring light. Press and hold this button to bring up the menu, then find and save the tire pressure monitoring setting.
I remember dealing with similar issues many times. Resetting the tire pressure light on a 2010 Buick Enclave isn't actually difficult, but it needs to be done step by step.
