How to reset the oil light on a Neptune motorcycle?

Unscrew the oil drain plug at the bottom of the oil pan. Use a container to catch the drained oil. After all the oil has been drained, tighten the oil drain plug on the oil pan. Remove the engine oil cap and place a funnel. Add new engine oil to complete the operation.
I've been riding motorcycles for over a decade. The most common reason for the oil light coming on is insufficient oil. First, pull over safely and check the dipstick after turning off the engine. If the oil level is low, add the appropriate grade of oil, fill it up, and start the engine to see if the light goes off. If the light remains on, it might be a sensor malfunction or require a reset. For Neptune motorcycles, this is usually done with a button combination on the dashboard—for example, turn the key to the ON position and hold the mode button for about 10 seconds until the light disappears. Regular oil changes are crucial for prevention; otherwise, a constantly lit light can damage the engine. Remember, safety first: don't speed when the light is on and address it promptly. Last time I neglected it, I almost had an accident. I recommend carrying spare oil for emergencies. This situation is usually simple to handle, so don't worry too much, but don't delay for too long.
