How to Replace the Turbocharger on a Great Wall H6 Step by Step?

Remove the engine guard plate and drain the coolant. Disconnect the air duct and move it aside. Push the sleeve backward, lower and stagger the front muffler, then secure it together with the exhaust pipe using zip ties. Remove the engine cover. Disassemble the air filter housing.
I just replaced the turbocharger on my Haval H6 by myself a couple of days ago, and the whole process was really tough. I had to remove the intake pipe, exhaust pipe, and cooling lines in the engine bay, plus unscrew the four bolts connecting the turbo to the engine. Remember to disconnect the negative battery terminal first to avoid electrical issues. When installing the new turbo, make sure to use brand-new gaskets and tighten the bolts gradually in a diagonal sequence. After reconnecting all the pipes, don't forget to change the engine oil since the old oil might contain metal particles from turbo wear. The whole job took me five to six hours, and my back was killing me. For those without experience, I'd strongly recommend leaving it to a professional repair shop.
