There are 3 steps to replace the CS75 remote key battery: 1. Use a small flat-head screwdriver or plastic pry tool to gently pry open the remote shell. Be careful not to damage the internal circuits during the process, especially in winter when static electricity should be discharged by touching metal beforehand. 2. For detachable mechanical keys, remove the mechanical key first. You can use the mechanical key to pry along the gap, and the entire cover can be opened once the gap is pried apart. 3. After opening the remote key cover, you will see the battery, which is a CR2032 model. Simply remove and replace it. When installing, pay attention to the positive and negative polarity. After installing the battery, close the key cover and test the function by pressing the buttons.

Changing the battery for a CS75 key is something I'm very familiar with—it only takes about three to five minutes to do it yourself. First, prepare a CR2032 coin cell battery, which can be bought for just a few bucks at the supermarket. Use a coin or a small screwdriver to pry open the seam on the back of the key, being careful not to crack the plastic shell. Once opened, the old battery will be exposed—pay attention to the polarity (the silver side is the negative terminal and should face downward). Insert the new battery into the slot, aligning it correctly, and press it in until you hear a click, indicating it's secured. When closing the back cover, make sure the edges are aligned and press gently. Finally, test the response by pressing the unlock button a few times. If you notice the remote range shortening or the indicator light dimming, it's a sign that the battery needs replacing. I make it a habit to check the battery once a year to avoid sudden power loss. Before starting, it's best to place the car key on a soft cloth to prevent small parts from bouncing away and getting lost.

I've replaced the battery for my CS75 key fob twice myself, and it's actually very easy. First, prepare a CR2032 coin cell battery, which is available at any convenience store. Use your fingernail or a bank card to gently pry open the back cover by inserting it into the seam of the key fob. Remember which side of the battery is facing up when you open it, and keep the same orientation when replacing it with a new one. After installing the new battery, snap the back cover back on and press firmly on all four corners. Don't forget to test the lock and unlock functions after replacement to ensure they work properly. If you notice the key fob responding slowly, it's time to replace the battery. Avoid keeping the key fob and your phone in the same pocket, as electromagnetic interference can drain the battery faster. Metal keychains can also wear out the casing, so I always keep mine in a separate key pouch. Getting it replaced at a 4S shop can cost over a hundred yuan, but doing it yourself costs less than ten yuan.

Changing the CS75 key battery is super easy, even I succeeded on my first try. First, buy a CR2032 battery, which you can get for five bucks at a convenience store. Use a coin to align with the groove on the back of the key and twist firmly—the back cover will pop right off. The old battery will automatically pop out, and you can directly replace it with the new one. Make sure the shiny side faces up when inserting it, then snap the cover back on. The key test is to stand five meters away from the car and press the button to see if the car lights flash. It's recommended to replace the battery every two years, and regularly activate the spare key to prevent moisture damage. If the battery dies temporarily, you can still start the car in an emergency by inserting the key head directly into the door hole.
