How to Replace the Battery in an MG3 Car Key?

Eject the metal mechanical key; the key shell cannot be opened when the mechanical key is inserted. Press the physical button to eject the mechanical key, then turn the key sideways and pry upwards along the gap. Gently pry open the key shell to separate the "head" and "tail" of the key. Stand the tail of the key upright; from the gap on the back of the key, you can lift the key cover. Once the key cover is lifted, open it to replace the battery, then reassemble the key.
