The method to replace the battery in a Toyota car key is as follows: Hold the remote key facing upwards, use a small flat-head screwdriver to gently pry into the middle of the gap. The key will separate slightly, creating a gap of about 2mm. Then, separate the key into two parts to access the battery compartment. Gently split the key along the middle gap, and finally remove the old battery and replace it with a new one.
