Locate the small switch, then pull out the mechanical key outward. You will see a small groove, which serves as the starting point for prying open the car key. Use a flathead screwdriver to rotate and pry against this small groove until there is a slight gap in the key cover. Then slide the screwdriver along the connection seam of the key cover to separate the two halves, and manually pull them apart to open it. This is the opened car key, with clearly marked positive and negative terminals (positive terminal facing downward). Insert the prepared button battery, then reassemble the cover.
