First, remove the mechanical spare key head, then locate the screws on both sides and unscrew them using a T6 screwdriver. Use a small screwdriver to pry open the black plastic block of the key to reveal the electronic board inside. There is a Torx screw on the electronic board; continue using the T6 screwdriver to unscrew it, and you will see the battery and can replace it.
