How to Replace Rearview Mirror Glass?
1 Answers
Manually adjust the rearview mirror glass downward to its limit position. At this point, you can see the engagement point between the glass and the rearview mirror glass driver. Insert a flat-head screwdriver into the engagement point. After inserting the flat-head screwdriver, gently pry backward with the screwdriver to separate the glass from the glass driver. Some mirror glasses come with an electric heating function, requiring the removal of the heating harness connector from the glass. At this point, the entire glass removal process is completed.
