The method for replacing a car's rearview mirror glass is as follows: 1. Press the head of the mirror glass by hand to make the tail tilt up; 2. Grab the tail with your hand and pull it outward forcefully to remove the old mirror glass; 3. Use needle-nose pliers to strip the exposed metal wire insulation left on the rearview mirror; 4. Twist the copper wires at the end of the heating wire together respectively and wrap them with insulating tape; 5. Manually connect the metal buckle at the end of the heating wire to the socket above the black plastic holder on the back of the mirror glass; 6. Place the wired mirror glass into the rearview mirror housing and adjust its position; 7. Press gently and firmly until a click is heard, indicating that all buckles of the mirror glass are securely installed.
