How to Repair Scratched Wheel Hubs?
1 Answers
After cleaning the wheel hubs and drying them with a towel, make sure to use degreasing and dewaxing paper to remove any oil stains from the surface. Use wet sandpaper to sand the scratched area repeatedly until it becomes smooth. Then, fill the scratches with body filler (also known as polyester putty). Once the body filler has dried, gently sand the scratched area again with wet sandpaper. Then, apply an appropriate amount of paint to the scratched area. After completing the above steps, you can proceed to paint. Before spraying, cover the tires and any areas that do not need to be painted.
