Driver's license cannot be renewed on mobile phones. Relevant information is as follows: 1. Scoring Cycle: Drivers holding licenses for large passenger cars, tractors, city buses, medium-sized passenger cars, and large trucks should go to the traffic management department of the public security authority for inspection within thirty days after the end of each scoring cycle.
