Remove the right inspection cover and the cruise control set/resume switch cover; 4. Remove two bolts, then remove the driver-side airbag assembly; 5. Disconnect the connectors from the horn and cruise control set/resume switch, then remove the cable reel connector from the clip; 6. Remove the steering wheel nut.
