Changan Eado steering wheel removal method is as follows: 1. Disconnect the battery, turn the steering wheel about 90 degrees, and insert a small flat-head screwdriver from front to back into the hole behind the steering wheel; 2. Insert the screwdriver head between the retaining spring and the airbag hook, gently pry the retaining spring away from the hook with skillful force, and the airbag side will automatically pop out toward the seat direction; 3. Turn the steering wheel 180 degrees, continue to pry open the retaining spring on the opposite side, remove the airbag and disconnect the yellow safety buckle behind the airbag, then unplug the airbag connector to remove the airbag; 4. Unplug the airbag clock spring connector located above the inside of the steering wheel, use an M12 spline to loosen the central fixing bolt of the steering wheel counterclockwise, and finally carefully remove the steering wheel.
