Pull the storage compartment upwards, then proceed to unscrew and remove the 3 fixing nuts of the center armrest. Use a specialized "pry bar" to loosen the rear center air vent, then remove the rear center air vent. Disconnect the wiring plug of the lighting lamp, then take out the rear center air vent. Continue to disconnect the wiring harness and detach the plug of the rear ashtray lighting lamp. Since the glove box assembly is set on the handbrake, pull the handbrake lever to the bottom to open the center armrest cover plate. Finally, pull the storage compartment upwards to remove it.

Where is the defogger switch in a sedan?

The defogger switch in a car is located on the center console and is very easy to find. The front windshield defogger symbol is a fan-shaped pattern with three upward lines, while the rear windshield defogger symbol is a rectangular pattern with three upward lines. Here are some methods for defogging: 1. Open windows for convection. If the fog inside the car is not heavy, you can open the side windows slightly to allow air convection between the inside and outside of the car, reducing the temperature difference and gradually dissipating the fog. 2. Use the air conditioning system. Using hot air to blow the windshield is more effective than using cold air. If using this method, be sure to use the warm air defogger before driving and wait until the fog completely disappears before hitting the road. 3. Use a defogging spray. Spray the defogging agent onto the inner surface of the car glass and wipe it clean. This not only removes dirt from the glass but also forms a protective film to prevent water vapor from condensing on the glass and forming a fog layer.

How to Clean Windshield Wipers?

Windshield wiper cleaning method: First lift the wiper, then rinse along the direction of the rubber strip. This cleaning process should be gentle and meticulous. In addition, the wiper on the rear window also needs to be cleaned in time, and you should not be lazy. The following are the steps and precautions for replacing wipers: 1. Open the external plastic cover of the old wiper. 2. Push the old wiper rod in the direction to expose the bracket hook. 3. Remove the old one and install the new one. 4. The working part of the wiper relies on rubber products, so do not dry wipe. When it rains, wait until a certain amount of rainwater accumulates on the windshield before turning on the wiper. If there is too little rain, turning on the wiper can easily cause mud marks and increase friction on the rubber part of the wiper. 5. If there are hard or difficult-to-remove items on the windshield, clean them manually first before using the wiper.

Does the Tiida have anti-collision beams?

The Tiida is equipped with a front anti-collision beam but does not have a rear anti-collision beam. It uses high-strength, high-density anti-collision components that effectively absorb collision energy during low-speed impacts, minimizing damage to the vehicle's longitudinal beams. More details about the Tiida are as follows: 1. The Tiida is a car produced by Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company. The name 'Tiida' is derived from 'Qiji,' meaning a swift horse, symbolizing speed and agility. 2. The new Tiida features the latest 'Leap' design style, with a wide, low-center-of-gravity body layout and smooth, dynamic lines. The dual waistline design complements the dynamic, wide, and low-center-of-gravity body layout, embodying Nissan's new 'Leap' design style, giving the car a sleek and sporty appearance. 3. In terms of safety features, the Tiida is equipped with the NISSAN i-SAFETY intelligent active safety system, which includes the FEB (Forward Emergency Braking) system. 4. When the vehicle is traveling at speeds between 10 km/h and 80 km/h, the FEB system continuously monitors pedestrians or vehicles ahead. If the system detects a potential collision risk, it provides early warnings through audible alerts and the TFT display on the dashboard, and it can initiate emergency braking to prevent a collision.
