Pull the air conditioning vent above towards yourself to see the fixing screws. First remove the frame, and there are two screws underneath that you can feel with your hand. After removing the frame, you can see the screws on both sides of the radio. Remove these screws to pull out the radio.
Disassembling the Changan Alsvin V3 radio, I've experienced it a few times during repairs. First, you need to prepare tools like a small Phillips screwdriver and a set of plastic pry bars to prevent scratching the interior trim. Then, sit in the driver's seat and carefully observe the panel structure around the radio, usually covered by a plastic bezel. Gently insert the pry bar at the lower right or left corner of the bezel, applying even force to pry it open—it's secured by clips, so avoid excessive force to prevent deformation, which would make reinstallation harder. After removing the bezel, the radio unit will be exposed. Locate the screw holes (typically 2-4) and loosen them with the screwdriver. A crucial step is disconnecting the vehicle's negative battery terminal first to avoid short-circuit risks. Then, carefully pull out the radio unit; there are wiring harness connectors at the back, each with unique shapes—press the clips and gently unplug them. The whole process takes 5-10 minutes, but proceed slowly to avoid rework. If you plan to upgrade the system, documenting cable order or taking photos for reference is a good habit to simplify installation.
