First, remove the inner handle cover on the door trim panel by gently prying it open with a small flat-head screwdriver. The inner handle cover is secured with plastic clips. Locate the screws on the door trim panel. Use a T-30 Torx bit to remove these two screws, and make sure to keep the removed screws safe. Once you see the black border, take a small flat-head screwdriver and gently pry it open to remove it. Next, disconnect the wiring harness for the window regulator on the door trim panel by pulling out the wiring connector by hand. Finally, hold the Skoda door trim panel with your hands and gently lift it upward to separate it from the door panel. Then, remove the inner cable.
