How to Remove the High Beam Light on Geely Boyue?

Open the engine compartment hood. Locate the dust cover behind the headlight assembly and unscrew it by turning along the threaded direction. Find the bulb socket inside the headlight assembly and pinch the wire clip spring beside the socket. Once the clip is released, the bulb can be taken out. The car headlights are closely related to safe driving at night or in bad weather conditions. Turn on the car headlights, adjust the low beam projection point to about 30m away from the car with the two projection points overlapping, and adjust the high beam projection point to be parallel to the ground.
I've taken apart the high beam lights of the Geely Boyue several times, and it's actually quite easy to get the hang of. First, for safety, turn off the car engine and open the hood, then find a spacious area to work in to avoid bumping into other things. The high beam assembly is inside the headlight unit, and you'll see it's a bulb connected to wires. The steps are: first disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to prevent short circuits; then unscrew the screws securing the lamp cover, usually two or three small ones, a screwdriver will do; give it a gentle push and the cover will loosen, then carefully unplug the wire connector. Remember not to pull too hard to avoid breaking the wires. Wear gloves when removing the bulb, as finger grease on the glass can shorten its lifespan. The whole process takes about ten minutes, but be patient—I was a bit flustered the first time I did it, but after getting familiar, it became quicker.
