To remove the gear shift knob, you must first remove the lower decorative panel. Before disassembly, make sure to prepare a plastic clip pry tool for the process. After removal, you can observe the alignment between the clips at various positions and the protrusions on the lower mounting base. Once the decorative panel is removed, you will see the connected wiring harness plug. Simply disconnect it. Hold the gear shift knob firmly and pull it upward with force to detach it from the gear shift lever.
