Haval H6 front face removal method: Open the front hood, remove the 4 nuts on the top of the front bumper, then lift the front bumper slightly upwards and pull it out a bit. There are 4 small screws behind the grille that need to be removed. After that, it's just clips left, which require a bit of force to release. Then, remove the screws behind the grille to completely detach the front bumper, and finally remove the grille. The Haval H6 is a flagship model under the Haval brand, positioned as an urban SUV. It offers Mitsubishi 2.0L gasoline-powered models and Green Power 2.0T diesel models, available in three versions: Urban, Elite, and Premium.
I've actually done the disassembly of the Haval H6 front bumper several times. First, you need to pry open the plastic cover near the hood latch in the engine compartment - there are six or seven clips inside. Then remove the screws at the front of the left and right fender liners, which are quite small and require a special socket. Crawl under the car to unscrew all eight cross-head screws on the protective plate - this part is the most back-breaking. The crucial step is using a pry bar to gradually separate the clips between the front bumper and fenders; you'll hear a click when they release. There's also an angled locating pin on each side of the front end that needs to be pulled straight out - too much force can break it. Throughout the process, you must support the bottom of the bumper and move it out slowly. Remember to unplug the fog light wiring harness connector hidden on the left inner side. If you're replacing the grille, you'll need to separately remove its mounting clips by prying them open with a flat-head screwdriver. When reinstalling, make sure the license plate bracket locating holes are properly aligned.
