Peugeot 308 blower motor removal method: First remove the three decorative panels on the center console, then proceed to dismantle the air conditioning blower motor. Unscrew the fixing screws of the blower motor and rotate it clockwise with force to detach it. The blower motor of Peugeot 308 is located in front of the front passenger seat. If you plan to remove it yourself, the workload is relatively large, requiring assistance from another person, and involves removing numerous components. The blower motor mainly consists of six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base, and oil drip nozzle. The blower operates via the eccentric rotation of the rotor inside the cylinder, changing the volume between the vanes in the rotor slots to suck in, compress, and discharge air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower automatically delivers lubrication to the oil drip nozzle, which drips into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise while preventing gas backflow in the cylinder. This type of blower is also known as a sliding vane blower.
