May everything go as you wish

Removing the EuroTruck air filter isn't actually difficult. I often do it myself—it saves money and is convenient. First, locate the glove compartment in the EuroTruck's cabin and gently pull it open; you might need a bit of finesse rather than brute force. Then, you'll see a cover or panel. Use a small screwdriver to loosen the screws, being careful not to lose any small parts. Once the cover is removed, the filter will be exposed. Gently pull out the old filter and check if it's clogged with dust or damaged. When installing the new filter, align it correctly and slide it in—don't put it in backward. Finally, close the cover and glove compartment, then start the AC to check if the airflow feels fresh. Wear gloves throughout to avoid dust and be careful not to touch any wiring. Regularly replacing the filter keeps the AC cleaner, reduces odors, and promotes health while saving money. It's recommended to inspect it every 10,000–20,000 km, and always turn off the power before starting to prevent short circuits.

Safety comes first when removing the air conditioning filter. As someone who has driven trucks for many years, I emphasize the importance of steady operation. For the Auman truck, the filter is usually located behind the glove box. First, empty the glove box of all items, and when pulling it out, do so slowly to avoid damaging the clips. You might need a hex key tool to locate the filter cover, then gently loosen the screws to remove the old part. Don’t forget to check for aging wiring. Before installing the new filter, clean out any dust in the filter slot. Wear goggles and a mask throughout the process to prevent inhaling dust, and ensure the vehicle is turned off. Regular replacement can improve air conditioning efficiency and save fuel. If you encounter difficulties, consult the owner’s manual or seek help from a professional shop—don’t risk disassembling it haphazardly. Make it a habit to check every quarter to extend the vehicle’s lifespan.

Removing the Ouman air filter is quite simple, and I got the hang of it after a few tries. Open the glove compartment in the cabin, locate the filter cover, and use flat-nose pliers to open it. Take out the old filter and replace it with a new one, aligning it with the slot before pushing it in. After replacement, turn on the air conditioning to check the ventilation. Remember to put the tools away properly and not lose any parts. Regular replacement can save money on car maintenance.
