Methods to remove a car steering wheel: 1. Disconnect the battery; 2. Turn the steering wheel approximately 90 degrees; 3. Insert a flat-head screwdriver into the hole behind the steering wheel; 4. Insert the screwdriver head between the retaining clip and the airbag hook, causing the airbag side to automatically pop slightly toward the seat direction; 5. Turn the steering wheel 180 degrees and continue to pry open the retaining clip; 6. Remove the airbag, disconnect the yellow safety clip behind the airbag, and take out the airbag; 7. Unplug the airbag coupling coil connector located above the interior of the steering wheel, then use an M12 spline to loosen the central fixing bolt of the steering wheel counterclockwise; 8. Remove the steering wheel.
