Open the main valve under the ton container, reset the 'reset' button on the refill gun to zero, and notify the customer that the refill machine has been reset. Insert the refill gun into the urea tank, turn on the refill machine's switch, squeeze the refill gun, and monitor the quantity on the refill gun.
I've been driving diesel vehicles for over a decade, and adding urea has become as routine as daily life. First, you need to locate the vehicle's urea filler port, usually marked by a blue cap near the fuel filler. After opening the cap, I prepare either dedicated AdBlue solution or store-bought urea in containers. Wearing gloves to protect my hands, I pour it in slowly without rushing to avoid spills and waste or contamination. After pouring, check to ensure all the solution has gone in, confirming no residue remains. Regular refilling is crucial, typically prompted by dashboard warnings or every few thousand kilometers; otherwise, the vehicle might experience speed limitations or even fail to start. Why use urea? Primarily, it works with the SCR system to reduce nitrogen oxides in exhaust emissions, making it more environmentally friendly. Personally, I prefer to refill urea when fueling up, choosing slightly warmer days to prevent solution crystallization from clogging the pipes. Keeping a small funnel handy is particularly useful—clean and convenient. If the solution contacts the skin, rinse immediately with water to prevent irritation. Overall, the process is straightforward, taking just a few minutes, and once it becomes a habit, it's hassle-free.
