The F on a motorcycle's fuel gauge represents a full tank, while the E in the red zone indicates low fuel. However, when the needle points to the red zone near E, there is still approximately one-third to one-quarter of the total fuel capacity remaining in the tank. Motorcycles are powered by gasoline engines and are two- or three-wheeled vehicles steered by handlebars, known for their agility, speed, and widespread use in patrols, passenger and cargo transport, as well as sports equipment. All scooters and underbone motorcycles come equipped with fuel gauges, while some standard (or "cross" type) motorcycles may not have them. To address this, standard motorcycles feature a fuel tank switch with main and reserve positions. When fuel is abundant, the switch is set to the main tank position. When fuel runs low in the main position and stops flowing, the switch can be turned to the reserve position, which provides about 2 liters of fuel—enough to travel over 50 kilometers.
