First, evenly spread the car cover from the front to the rear of the vehicle. Then, attach the side ear positions of the cover first, followed by securing the cover tightly to the front and rear of the car. After putting on the cover, pass the windproof straps underneath the car to the other side, and then fasten the buckles on the opposite side of the vehicle. In case of strong winds, secure all four windproof straps to the four wheel arch positions to prevent the car cover from being blown away.
I usually focus on simple and efficient steps when covering my car with a car cover. First, wash the car thoroughly and remove any dust or sand to avoid scratching the paint. Then, choose a windless day to proceed. Start by unfolding the car cover from the front of the car and gently pull it toward the rear, ensuring even coverage without wrinkles. The edges of the car cover have elastic bands or hooks that can be secured under the wheels or chassis. If your car has an antenna, don’t forget to thread it through the small hole. If it’s windy, it’s best to have someone help—one person pulling each side makes the process faster. After covering, check that all parts are snug and securely fixed to prevent rainwater or dust from getting in.
