How to prevent 4S shops from not changing the engine oil during the first maintenance?

During the first maintenance of a car, regular 4S shops will basically change the engine oil for free. If it is found that the engine oil has not been changed, measures such as complaints can be taken to ensure their legitimate rights and interests. Carry out repairs or replacements to keep the components of the engine in a relatively stable working state and extend the normal service life of the car engine.
During the first maintenance, I kept an eye on the whole process. After all, trust is one thing, but necessary caution is another. I checked the maintenance manual in advance and knew my car required 4.5 liters of oil, so I directly told the receptionist to use a brand-new, unopened oil canister. While the oil was being changed, I stood outside the workshop glass watching. When they removed the oil filter, some black oil splashed out. After the drain plug was unscrewed, the old oil flowed for about seven or eight minutes—this was very reassuring. Finally, I had the technician lift the new oil canister to show me the scale, confirming it was indeed emptied. I also glanced at the work order to check the replacement items and signatures. It’s advisable to bring your own oil-based marker to make a mark at the bottom of the canister. When checking later, if the empty canister matches the mark, it’ll give you extra peace of mind.
