How to Power the Ambient Lights in MG6?

Locate the fuse box under the steering wheel and open it. Turn off the vehicle's power, ensuring the dashboard lights are off. Find the small yellow metal fuse inside the fuse box and use a test pen to touch the metal point on top of the fuse. The black wire is the negative terminal; connect it to the negative terminal of the battery, or directly ground it, or attach it to the vehicle's built-in grounding point. The red wire is the positive terminal; connect it to fuse 42. This way, the daytime running lights will turn on when the key is turned to the ACC position and turn off when the key is removed.
