How to Perform Dynamic Balancing?
1 Answers
Dynamic balancing is performed as follows: 1. After removing the tire, clean it thoroughly, ensuring all dirt inside the rim or stones on the tire are completely removed. If it's an old tire, there might be old balancing weights, which should also be removed; 2. Mount the tire onto the dynamic balancing machine, making sure to secure it with clamps to prevent loosening or detachment during high-speed rotation; 3. Measure the required values for the balancing machine, such as the distance from the machine to the tire rim, the width of the rim, and the radius of the rim. After inputting these data, press the start button on the balancing machine; 4. The tire will then rotate at high speed. Once it stops, the machine will display the deviation value; 5. Manually rotate the tire until the machine's inner side shows full bars, then add balancing weights according to the displayed value; 6. After completing the inner side, continue rotating the tire manually until the machine's outer side shows full bars, and similarly add the corresponding balancing weights; 7. Once weights are added to both the inner and outer sides, press the start button again. If the display shows all zeros after the tire stops, it indicates that dynamic balancing is complete.
