How to Operate the Automatic High/Low Beam on Camry?

Switch is integrated on the light control stalk, which is the outermost knob on the left stalk of the steering wheel. You can turn it to the AUTO button, which is the automatic headlight mode. After switching to this position, the turning on and off of the headlights can be left to the car. The car is also equipped with an automatic high beam module. This function allows the car to automatically turn the high beams on and off while driving with the headlights on. It should be noted that some friends may find that the headlights are still on even in broad daylight, in which case the sensor needs to be checked to see if it is blocked.
I've been driving a Camry for several years and find the automatic high/low beam operation quite convenient. After starting the car, just set the light switch to AUTO position - it automatically detects ambient light to turn on low beams or auto mode. To activate the auto high beam function, there's a button or switch on the left steering column stalk - just toggle it to enable the system. The windshield sensor detects preceding vehicles or light conditions, automatically switching between high and low beams when obstacles are present. Remember to keep the sensor clean and occasionally test its responsiveness while driving. In foggy conditions or strong light environments, the system might misjudge - it's better to manually adjust the high beams then. During maintenance, have the sensor condition checked to prevent dust from affecting functionality. Camry's system is well-designed, reducing manual operation burden and improving nighttime driving safety.
