How to Open the Vezel Trunk from Inside the Car?

There is no trunk button set inside the car. Some models have two additional buttons for the trunk, with the left one for closing the trunk and the right one for closing the trunk plus locking the car. After locating the two buttons on the left and right, simply press them to open the trunk. Once the trunk button is pressed, the locking mechanism will release, allowing you to lift the trunk directly and proceed with the next steps. After using the trunk, gently lower it to avoid unnecessary damage to the vehicle body or malfunction of the lock.
Having driven for many years, I often open the rear trunk directly from inside the Honda Vezel. On the driver's side door panel, there's a dedicated button—a small square with a trunk icon next to the door handle. A gentle press automatically unlocks and slightly pops open the trunk, which is quite convenient. This design allows the driver to handle it while seated, avoiding the hassle of getting out. For example, when shopping or traveling, just press the button after parking to access the trunk efficiently. If it doesn’t respond, don’t panic—check if the key is within the sensing range or if the child lock is engaged. It’s best to practice locating the button regularly; practice makes perfect. This feature is highly practical, sparing you the minor annoyance of dirty hands in rain or snow.
