How to Open the Rear Door of a Car?

Before opening the rear door of the car, the occupants inside should first observe whether there are any vehicles or pedestrians passing around the car through the rearview mirror, and must confirm that there are no people or vehicles around the car. After confirming that there is no one around the car, pull the handle of the rear door until the sound of the door lock opening is heard, then push the door outward to open the rear door.
A few days ago, I just helped my neighbor deal with a situation where the rear door wouldn't open. The mechanical door handle is in the groove at the edge of the door frame, and you can open it by pulling with your finger. However, some newer models hide the pull handle in the door gap. Electric doors are even simpler—just press and hold the unlock button on the car key for three seconds, or use the button with the door symbol on the driver's side door panel. Once, when I went to pick up my child, I found the rear door locked—it turned out a rear passenger had accidentally activated the child lock. In such cases, you can only open the door from the outside. Most modern models have an emergency mechanical pull handle hidden in the B-pillar; just lift the plastic cover to see the red ring. If the electronic system fails, the trunk usually has an escape pull cord with a bright yellow label for easy identification.
