Mercedes-Benz C-Class hood opening steps are as follows: 1. Inside the car at the driver's position, near the left foot area (close to the left front wheel), locate a pull lever. Pull it once to release the hood latch. 2. Move to the front of the vehicle and insert your hand into the gap where the hood has popped up (center of the front end). 3. Feel for a pressable latch inside. Press this switch while simultaneously lifting the hood to fully open it. 4. Above the driver's footwell, there's a red release lever - flip it upward. 5. At the front center of the vehicle, pull the hood release handle that appears, then lift the hood upwards using this handle.
