Method to open the front hood of Geely Boyue: Pull the unlock button located at the lower left of the dashboard on the driver's side inside the car. Just press it gently, and the hood will slightly pop up with a click sound to unlock. However, pressing the hood unlock button inside the car alone does not fully open the hood. There is an additional latch located at the center of the front hood underneath. Only after releasing this latch can the engine hood be fully opened.
