How to Open an Electric Vehicle Charger?

First, check if there are any screws and remove all of them. If the charger still cannot be opened after removing all visible screws, there may be hidden screws. Common hiding spots for screws are beneath label stickers, warranty stickers, or washers. If removing the hidden screws still doesn't open the casing, it's likely fixed with adhesive or clips. Adhesive is a common method for securing chargers. Clip fastenings are easier to handle—just pry them open with a spudger. If adhesive is used, a heat gun tool will be needed. Heating the adhesive joints with a heat gun can soften the glue, allowing the casing to be opened. However, it's not recommended to open the casing yourself as this may void the charger's warranty.
