Apply for, view, and use the electronic vehicle inspection certificate through the Internet Traffic Safety Comprehensive Service Platform or the 'Traffic Management 12123' APP. For vehicles undergoing registration, transfer, or modification procedures, a paper inspection certificate will be issued after completing the vehicle registration, and the system will automatically generate the electronic certificate. For vehicles exempt from inspection within six years, apply for the electronic inspection certificate through the platform or mobile APP. If a paper certificate is needed, it can be delivered by mail or picked up in person.
