6-Year Inspection Exemption Decal Application Method: Vehicle owners need to bring the vehicle registration certificate and a valid compulsory traffic insurance policy to the vehicle management office to apply for the inspection decal. Before the sixth-year inspection deadline, the vehicle must be taken to an inspection station for an on-site test. Upon passing the inspection, the annual inspection decal can be obtained. Vehicles meeting the following conditions are eligible for the exemption decal: 1. The exemption applies to non-operational small and mini passenger vehicles registered within 6 years; 2.
