Beijing's new energy vehicle application requirements are as follows: 1. Residence in the city; 2. No passenger cars registered under the applicant's name in Beijing; 3. Possession of a valid motor vehicle driving license; 4. No motor vehicles that should be scrapped but have not been deregistered under the applicant's name. Individuals cannot apply for both a passenger car allocation quota (regular) and a new energy passenger car quota simultaneously. If a passenger car allocation quota (regular) application is under review, the applicant must cancel it before submitting a new energy passenger car quota application. Upon approval, before the 8th of the even-numbered month, applicants can log into the system, enter the user center, click on the "Application Form" in the quota allocation function area, and then click on "Switch Quota Type" to directly switch without the need for re-review.
