The method to obtain a C1 driving instructor certificate is as follows: 1. Hold a C1 driver's license for at least 5 years and be under 60 years of age; 2. Have a secondary vocational or higher education degree in automotive or transportation-related fields, or a high school diploma or higher; 3. No major responsibility safety accidents in the last 3 years and no record of accumulating 12 penalty points in the last 3 scoring cycles. After meeting the above conditions, you can apply to the municipal road transport management authority in your registered residence or temporary residence.
