b1 driver's license cannot be obtained directly. The following conditions must be met to apply: 1. No accidents causing injury or death to others due to your responsibility during the driving period. 2. No drunk driving. 3. No drunk driving in the current and the previous three scoring cycles. 4. No speeding over 50% or more in the current and the previous three scoring cycles. 5. No revocation of driving qualification. 6. Household registration: A1, A2, B1, B2 must be tested at the place of household registration. 7. Age: B1, B2 age is 21-50 years old; A2 age is 24-50 years old; A1 age is 26-50 years old. 8. Scoring cycle requirements: Driving experience must be at least one year and two years, with no full-score record within one year (two years for the most recent cycle); driving experience must be at least three years, with no full-score record in the current and the previous two cycles; driving experience must be at least five years, with no full-score record in the current and the previous three cycles. 9. After passing the tests of Subject 1, Subject 2, and Subject 3, you can obtain a B1 driver's license with the corresponding driving model record.
