You can evenly apply red ink paste on the vehicle identification number (VIN) and then place a transparent adhesive sticker over it. Press evenly with a towel and then peel off the sticker. Attach the rubbing film to the engine number and use a smooth tool to scrape with moderate force in one direction until the numbers become clear. Place carbon paper together with white paper, press it firmly against the engine and VIN, and then press the white paper with your fingers to create a rubbing of the numbers. Place thin white paper over the engine number and VIN, then lightly rub horizontally with a pencil to create the required number rubbing. Apply red ink paste over the engine number or VIN, cover it with thin white paper, press gently with your fingers, and then remove the required number rubbing.
