How to know if the sunroof of the new Excelle is fully closed?

To open the sunroof, briefly press the switch, and the sunroof will open automatically. To stop the movement, press this switch again. If you want to close the sunroof, you need to press and hold the switch for a long time until the sunroof is closed. The sunshade is manually operated.
I've been driving the new Excelle for three years, and there are several methods to determine if the sunroof is properly closed: Listening for a sound is the most straightforward way—when closing, a crisp click indicates it's locked in place. Then, run your hand along the edges to ensure it's smooth without any protrusions. Visually, check if the sunroof glass is completely flush with the roof, especially the gaps at the rear corners; no light should seep through to confirm a tight seal. If still unsure, press the close button again—if the window doesn’t move, it’s properly shut. Once, I noticed a gap after exiting the highway, only to find a small branch stuck in the track. So, regularly clearing debris like leaves from the rubber seals in the tracks is also important.
