Method for interpreting tire width: Taking the tire specification 195/65R15 as an example, 195 indicates that the tire width is 195mm, 65 represents that the tire's section height to width ratio is 65%, R denotes a radial tire, and 15 signifies that the wheel rim diameter is 15 inches. Introduction about tires is as follows: 1. Tires are circular elastic rubber products assembled on vehicles or machinery for ground rolling, mounted on metal rims to support the vehicle body, cushion external impacts, and ensure driving performance. 2. Tires operate under complex and demanding conditions, enduring deformation, load, force, and high/low temperature effects, possessing high load-bearing capacity, traction performance, and cushioning properties.

How to check tire width? I've been driving for over a decade and have some experience. Simply put, after parking and turning off the engine, squat down and look at the sidewall of the tire. You'll find numbers like 225/45R17 printed there. The first set of numbers, 225, represents the width in millimeters. The larger the number, the wider the tread, which gives you a more stable feel and better grip while driving. However, it also means slightly higher fuel consumption and possibly more noise at high speeds. I don't recommend randomly switching to wider tires. First, check if they match your original wheel size. For example, last time I went a bit wider, the car became much more agile in turns, but during maintenance, I noticed uneven wear, so I had to frequently check and maintain the correct tire pressure. In short, stick to the manual's recommended width—too big or too small can be unsafe.

As a new driver who just got my license, I was initially confused about how to check tire width, but my instructor taught me during driving lessons. After parking, squat down and look for a small label on the side of the tire with numbers like 205/55R16. The first number, 205, indicates the width in millimeters. A larger number means a wider tire, providing better stability and reduced skidding, especially safer in rainy conditions, but it also increases fuel consumption. Don't randomly change tires to avoid issues. For beginners, I recommend first checking your car's original factory configuration online or asking a technician at a shop to help. Additionally, checking tire pressure monthly will keep you covered. This is a crucial safety detail for driving and should not be overlooked.

What are the methods to adjust headlight height?

Here is a detailed introduction to common methods for adjusting car headlight height: 1. Manual adjustment: Uses a sliding rheostat to control the motor for height adjustment. The driver can adjust the light angle via the light knob under the dashboard according to road conditions. 2. Automatic adjustment: The height position sensor inputs signals, which are converted into voltage signals through algorithms, and the headlight control module drives the motor to adjust the headlights. The car has corresponding internal sensors that automatically detect the vehicle's dynamic balance during driving. 3. Headlight assembly fine-tuning: Some models lack headlight height adjustment functionality and thus have no adjustment button. The headlight height can be finely adjusted by turning the micro knob on the headlight assembly.

How is fatigue driving calculated on highways?

Driving continuously on highways for more than 4 hours without stopping to rest or with a rest period of less than 20 minutes is considered fatigue driving. Below are specific details about fatigue driving: 1. Determination via electronic license plates: Vehicles equipped with electronic license plates can digitally display driving behavior, duration, and speed, promptly indicating whether the driver is fatigued. 2. Fatigue driving alerts: Installing a fatigue driving system in the vehicle can use facial recognition technology and human-machine interaction to monitor the driver's state and issue alerts. Common fatigue driving systems also include warnings for closed eyes, looking down, yawning, smoking, phone use, looking around, and obstructing the camera.

Can the roof antenna be removed?

The roof antenna is best not to be removed. The car antenna is a device that intercepts high-frequency radio waves emitted by transmission towers and transmits them to the car radio, car phone, or radio navigation equipment receiver for demodulating the carrier wave. Below is relevant information: 1. External antenna: In vehicles produced in earlier years, the car radio used manually pulled or electrically retractable rod antennas to receive radio waves, enabling the vehicle to receive radio signals while driving. Due to the external antenna protruding from the vehicle body, it is more prone to damage when parking in a parking lot or during car washing. 2. Glass antenna: Also known as a hidden antenna, it achieves signal reception by printing conductive lines on the rear windshield. It offers advantages such as low cost, low failure rate, and high reception, making it the future trend for car accessories. The glass antenna uses metal coating as the antenna, coupling electromagnetic signals through metal patches or printed silver paste and then transmitting them to the signal amplifier or radio via a tongue piece.

Do Cars from Auto Trading Companies Come with Warranty?

Cars purchased from auto trading companies do come with warranty. The warranty coverage provided by auto trading companies is the same as that offered by 4S stores, and the vehicles are covered under nationwide warranty. Below is relevant information about warranties from auto trading companies: 1. Meaning of Warranty: "Quality Assurance," abbreviated as "warranty" or QA (Quality-Assurance), refers to the guarantee that product quality meets standards. Essentially, warranty is a quality assurance for products, a fundamental attribute that any product should possess. However, it should not be assumed that warranty means providing lifetime repairs. 2. Are Car Fire Extinguishers Heat Resistant?

Fire extinguishers cannot withstand high temperatures and may cause explosions. Below is relevant information: 1. Precautions: Even if the temperature inside the car is higher than the outdoor temperature, the car fire extinguisher generally will not explode as long as other components in the car are not damaged by high temperatures. However, prolonged exposure to sunlight or extended heating in a fire scene may cause an explosion. 2. Car Fire Extinguishers: Car fire extinguishers are specifically designed for vehicle fire suppression and include two main types: non-storage pressure suspension ultra-fine dry powder automatic fire extinguishing devices for vehicles and storage pressure suspension ultra-fine dry powder automatic fire extinguishing devices for mini vehicles. Currently, portable fire extinguishers are mostly used for automotive fire protection. The main types of car fire extinguishers on the market include aerosol fire extinguishers, dry powder fire extinguishers, ultra-fine dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, and water-based fire extinguishers.
