Transmission gears are installed by following these methods: 1. During assembly, the sequence of installing transmission parts is the reverse of the disassembly sequence, ensuring the meshing surfaces of all gears are properly aligned; 2. Frequently rotate the mating parts during the installation process; 3. Pay attention to the lubrication of parts. Before installing bearings, apply butter or engine oil. First, pull the output shaft out from the direction of the sprocket, and then remove the bearings at both ends. Transmission gears often operate under high speed, high load, and constantly alternating speed and load conditions. Besides normal wear, factors such as poor lubricant quality, inadequate lubrication conditions, improper driving operations, and incorrect gear meshing positions during maintenance can all lead to gear impact, poor tooth meshing, and shaking during startup.
