Position the license plate correctly, align the screws with the four gaps on the bumper, and secure them using a Phillips screwdriver; 4. After tightening, cover the anti-theft caps and press them gently into place. Steps to remove a car license plate: 1. To remove the license plate screws, you will need a flathead screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, and an angle grinder; 2. Plug in the angle grinder, hold the handle with both hands, turn on the switch with your right hand, and make a straight cut on each of the 8 screw caps using the angle grinder; 3. Use the flathead screwdriver to pry off the screw caps by inserting it into the straight cuts made by the angle grinder; 4. After removing the screw caps, use the Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the license plate screws; 5. Then, insert the flathead screwdriver into the deformed areas and use inertia to remove the screw cap covers; 6. After removing all the screw caps, the license plate can be taken off.
