Blue Core is a series, currently with 2 generations. The initial one was the 2.0T with 360NM on the 95, which belongs to the first generation of Blue Core. Later, the 1.5T Blue Core was introduced, used in the 75, 75P, and 85, all of which are the first generation Blue Core 1.5T. All these mentioned above are the first generation Blue Core engines, but they are not from the Blue Core NE platform. The NE platform belongs to the second generation Blue Core.

To identify whether it's a Blue Whale engine, my most common method is to check the vehicle information. The Blue Whale engine is an exclusive series of Changan Automobile, usually marked on the engine cover or the body nameplate—look for the BLUE CORE label, which will clearly state the model. Additionally, the VIN code can help; a specific digit in the VIN represents the powertrain type, and the Blue Whale usually corresponds to a particular sequence. When buying a car, I cross-check the configuration sheet—Changan's recent new models like the CS75 PLUS typically come with this engine by default, known for low noise, fuel efficiency, and high cost-performance. If you're unsure, I recommend consulting a professional technician to scan the OBD port—the data stream will directly display the engine model. In short, identifying the Blue Whale is straightforward. It emphasizes green environmental protection, stable and reliable performance, and avoids common failure points of regular engines.

As someone who has driven Changan cars for many years, let me share how to identify the Blue Whale engine. Once you sit in the car and start it up, you'll notice the engine noise is exceptionally quiet – the Blue Whale's soundproof design is very distinctive, unlike the rumbling of other engines. During driving, the acceleration response is quick; step on the gas and the speed picks up immediately, plus the fuel consumption is lower than older models, a feature that has saved me quite a bit of money. Also, take a look under the hood – there's an official sticker indicating the BLUE CORE series, placed in a prominent position. If buying a used car, I'd test the power output and exhaust emissions; the Blue Whale emits cleaner exhaust. Experience tells me that familiarizing yourself with these driving sensations helps in quick identification, as Changan's new models mostly come standard with this engine.

I've been in auto repair for over a decade and identify Blue Whale engines through specific checks. The engine model label is crucial—it's externally affixed, marked with BLUE CORE and specific codes. Open the hood to observe the internal structure; Blue Whale's cylinder block uses special high-temperature-resistant, durable materials. During repairs, reading computer fault codes also confirms it—the Chang'an system directly displays the name. Additionally, Blue Whale engines have fewer common issues, unlike some prone to oil leaks. I recommend beginners use a multimeter to measure voltage values for assistance. Simply put, these methods are practical during maintenance.

When it comes to the Blue Whale engine, I find it super easy to identify. First, check the nameplate near the car key or on the door frame, where the BLUE CORE logo is printed. New Changan models like the UNI-K use this efficient engine. The test drive experience is the most direct way to tell - smooth power delivery without any jerking, high fuel efficiency that helps save on my daily commute. The engine noise control is excellent, with quiet starts. If still unsure, check the model list in the manual - Blue Whale series have fixed numbering. Changan has been promoting this technology for a decade, with outstanding environmental performance.

Identifying the Blue Whale engine, I have a habitual method for family cars. Directly check the vehicle registration certificate or owner's manual, where the model will be marked as BLUE CORE, belonging to Changan's star product. Open the engine hood, look at the sticker information and engine number, the beginning characters should match 'Blue Whale'. Experience stable acceleration while driving, with low noise and high durability, making it suitable for family SUVs. Note down the VIN code, enter it on the official website for inquiry, and the results will be displayed. This method is quick and safe, avoiding misjudgment of other engines.

What Causes Soft Brakes?

There are multiple reasons for soft brakes in vehicles, detailed as follows: 1. Brake fluid has not been replaced for a long time. The recommended replacement interval for brake fluid is every 2 years or 50,000 kilometers. Brake fluid has the property of absorbing moisture from the air. If not replaced in time, excessive water content inside can lead to vapor formation, creating air in the brake lines, which affects braking performance and results in soft brakes. 2. Air in the brake lines. During brake system maintenance, if air in the brake lines is not completely purged, it can cause soft brakes. To resolve this, the brake system lines need to be bled. 3. Brake master cylinder piston leakage. Over time, the rubber seals in the brake master cylinder piston may degrade, causing leakage and oil return, leading to soft brakes. 4. Brake caliper leakage. This prevents the brake system from maintaining sufficient oil pressure, resulting in soft brakes. 5. Brake pad material issues. It is advisable to use branded brake pads and avoid cheap, unbranded ones. 6. Recently replaced brake pads. The gap between newly installed brake pads and discs may not be perfectly matched yet, causing temporary soft brakes.

What Causes Idle Vibration in Yuchai Engines?

Idle vibration in Yuchai engines is caused by unstable oil pressure or aging engine components. The function of car idling: Idling is an operational state of a vehicle where the engine runs in neutral gear. The rotational speed of the engine during idling is referred to as the idle speed. The idle speed can be adjusted by modifying the throttle opening size. Essentially, idling means the engine is "producing power without doing work." When the engine is running and the accelerator pedal is fully released, the engine enters the idle state. Causes of unstable idling: Direct causes include contamination, wear, or improper installation of mechanical parts, leading to variations in individual cylinder power output. This results in an imbalance of power among cylinders, causing unstable engine idling. Indirect causes involve abnormalities in the engine's electronic control system, which lead to poor combustion of the air-fuel mixture, making it difficult to balance the power output of each cylinder and resulting in unstable engine idling.

How to Register a Motorcycle Without a Residence Permit?

You cannot register a vehicle without a residence permit. Below are the relevant details: 1. Exemption Scope: Imported vehicles and some domestic cars, small and mini passenger vehicles have been included in the exemption scope, but the number of domestic car models exempt from inspection is relatively small. After the implementation of the new policy, all domestic cars can be exempt from inspection. The exemption scope for new vehicles includes cars, small and mini passenger vehicles marked with "New Vehicle Exemption," and two-wheeled motorcycles. 2. Exempt Vehicle Models: Exempt vehicle models do not include off-road vehicles, small and mini ordinary passenger vehicles, or heavy and medium-duty trucks. 3. Exemption Does Not Mean Direct Registration: New vehicle exemption does not mean you can directly register the vehicle. Currently, it only eliminates some inspection items. New vehicles must still undergo appearance inspection, photography, and number stamping at the inspection site before registration. Additionally, exhaust emission tests required for environmental purposes must still be conducted.

How to Know If You've Crossed the Line in Subject 2?

You can know if you've crossed the line in Subject 2 by checking the rearview mirrors. Here are some solutions related to crossing the line in Subject 2: 1. Overall: Adjust the rearview mirror so that the top of the mirror just shows the rear door handle! This is particularly helpful for parallel parking, reversing into a parking space, and the hill start test. 2. Left Rearview Mirror: Vertical position: The ground should occupy the center of the mirror. Horizontal position: Ensure you can see the lowest point of the rear wheel touching the ground, while keeping the car body occupying about 1/4 of the mirror. 3. Right Rearview Mirror: Vertical position: The ground should occupy about 2/3 of the mirror, and you should be able to see the wheel arch (the curved, eyebrow-like part above the wheel). Horizontal position: Keep the car body occupying about 1/4 of the mirror.
