Highway traffic violations can be handled as follows: 1. If a vehicle owner commits a speeding violation on a provincial highway and is captured by an electronic eye, they can uniformly inquire and process it at the local highway traffic police department's service window. 2. If a vehicle owner commits a speeding violation on an out-of-province highway, they can inquire at the local highway toll station exit or duty point and handle it locally as required. According to Article 90 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," if a motor vehicle driver violates the road traffic safety laws and regulations regarding road traffic rules, they shall be given a warning or fined not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan. If there are other provisions in this law, the punishment shall be carried out in accordance with those provisions.
