Open the [Traffic Management 12123] app on your mobile phone. On the homepage of the Traffic Management 12123 app, select the [Fine Payment] option. Navigate to the [Fine Payment] operation page, choose [My Driver's License], and click [Query]. After selecting the specific violation record, click [Payment] in the bottom right corner to proceed with the fine payment process for the driver's license violation.
